CLAIM
Any claim must be forwarded to the Seller within 5 working days from the date of the delivery of the goods.
WARRANTY
CMT srl commits to replace and/or repair for free the part or the entire product approved faulty by the Seller.
The rejected goods must be returned to the CMT srl headquarters free of all expenses.
The warranty is not valid if the faulty product is not in its original condition and has been fixed or repaired.
Should the Buyer require the replacement and/or repair to be carried out at the Buyer's plant, the CMT srl has first to authorise it and then to approve the cost estimates.
The warranty shall not be valid if the defect or not conformity will prove to be depending on not correct on not suitable ap-plications of the product, or if the product has been non correctly placed in operation and the CMT srl does not assume responsibility and does not recognise compensation of any kind.
