The terms of delivery indicated by CMT srl has to be considered valid, nevertheless they are indicative.
In case of force majeure and like instances, such as strikes or difficulties in the procurement of the raw materials, the deli-very terms will be automatically delayed and the CMT srl will communicate the new delivery date without being held re-sponsible for it and without CMT being bond to pay out compensation of any kind. 
The Buyer has the obligation to collect the special material ordered as in the order confirmation.
